Mascot Services!
Here are some of our operating procedures and policies that we adhere to for you:
1. We do NOT smoke.
2. We do NOT use foul language.
3. We do NOT drink.
4. We are polite, courteous and respectful of your property.
5. We always have a guide availabe for our mascots to ensure their safety and yours.
6. We will call you the same day or night before confirming our appearances.
Our payment policy requires a full non-refundable fee up front for our services to be provided.
There will be a deposit fee of $20.00 (non-refundable in the event of a cancelation*). As our service grows, so too will our policies but we are a small company with big heart and
our number one policy is to make the customer our top priority.
*72 hours notice of cancelation is required for refund of Deposit Fee.
